Why this exists

I lead client solutions at a Toronto software firm, which means a large share of my job is public-sector bids: finding them, deciding which to pursue, and writing them under deadline.

The hardest part was never the writing. It was the hours lost scrolling portals, the bids chased that were never going to win, and the late nights rebuilding the same case studies for every response. So I built a system to fix that: it scans the procurement portals every day, scores each opportunity against what the company actually does, and drafts responses from a library of real evidence.

It worked well enough that I now run it for other companies that sell to government but don't have a bid team.

What I bring

How I work

• You deal with me directly. No account managers and no anonymous writing pool.
• I'll tell you when to skip. A bid you shouldn't make is the most expensive one.
• Nothing goes in a bid you haven't confirmed. Every claim, reference and credential is yours to approve.
