FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Do you guarantee wins?

No one honest can. Public contracts are awarded on criteria we don't control, and typical win rates sit well below half. What we commit to is bidding on the right opportunities, compliant responses, and a monthly report of your shortlist rate, win rate and hours saved.

Is it written by AI?

AI helps us draft quickly. Every bid is built from your own case studies, team and references, checked by a person against every buyer requirement, and approved by you before it goes anywhere.

Who submits the bid?

We do. We share the finished proposal for you to review and approve, then we submit it through the buyer's portal or by email and send you the confirmation. To submit for you, we just need you to add us as a user on the portal or confirm the submission email.

Does the size of the RFP change the price?

No. A two-page quote and a hundred-page proposal each count as one RFP. Pick the plan that matches how many RFPs you want each month. See pricing.

How does the win fee work?

$1,000 for every $100,000 of contract value you win from a bid we wrote, capped at $25,000 per contract. It's due 30 days after you receive your first payment from the buyer. Where a buyer's rules don't allow success-based fees, it's a flat $1,000 per award instead.

Which portals do you cover?

MERX, CanadaBuys, bids&tenders, the Ontario Tenders Portal, BC Bid, Alberta Purchasing Connection, SaskTenders, Nova Scotia Procurement, Bonfire, Biddingo, SAP Ariba Discovery, BidNet Direct for the US, and InstantMarkets. You can still send us any RFP you find yourself.

What do you need from us?

A one-hour intake call, then your past proposals, team CVs, references, insurance certificates, certifications and standard rates. After that, very little: a quick review of each finished proposal, your approval, and a signature on any forms that need one.

Is our information confidential?

Yes. Every engagement starts with an NDA. Your documents are used only for your bids and are never shared with another client.

What if a competitor of ours is also a client?

We never write for two clients on the same RFP. If it comes up, the first client to commit to the bid keeps it, and the other is told straight away.

What industries do you work with?

Mostly IT and software, professional services and consulting, engineering, and facility services. If you sell to government in another field, ask for a fit report and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Can we cancel?

Yes. Plans are monthly, with 30 days' notice to cancel. Win fees still apply to contracts awarded from bids we wrote.

Do you work with US companies?

Yes. US clients are billed in USD. We cover state, local and federal opportunities and flag registration requirements such as SAM.gov early.
