How it works
We do the whole bid. You just review it.
Two weeks to set up, then a steady weekly rhythm. Here is exactly who does what.
Weeks 1–2
Onboarding: your bid knowledge base.
Strong bids are built on specifics. We collect yours once, so every bid after that starts from real evidence instead of a blank page.
Intake call
One hour on what you sell, where, to whom, your typical contract size and the work you want more of.
Your documents
Past proposals, case studies, team CVs, references, insurance certificates, certifications and standard rates.
Your fit profile
We turn it into a scoring profile, so the daily scan knows what a good bid looks like for you and what to skip.
Every week after that
The weekly rhythm.

Step 1

Step 2
Score
A weekly shortlist with a fit score, a go or skip call, the mandatory requirements, deadlines and risks for each.

Step 3
Write
You say go. We write the full proposal, fill every buyer form and pricing sheet, and check it against every requirement.

Step 4
Review, then submit
We share the finished proposal. You review and approve it, and sign any forms that need your signature. Then we submit it for you and send you the confirmation.

Ground rules
How we keep your bids safe.
Nothing unverified
We never state a certification, reference, staff member or result you haven't confirmed. A bid is a binding commitment, and you approve every claim in it.
No conflicts
We never write for two clients on the same RFP. If two clients want the same bid, the first to commit gets it, and the other is told straight away.
Your data stays yours
Every engagement starts with an NDA. Your documents are used only for your bids and are never shared between clients.
Every month
A report you can hold us to.
You get the numbers that show whether this is working: bids reviewed, bids submitted, shortlists, wins, and hours your team didn't spend writing. We also request a debrief after every loss, so the next bid improves.
