What we collect
- Fit report requests: your name, work email, company, website, industry, regions and the details you enter in the form.
- Client materials: proposals, CVs, references, certificates and other documents you share to prepare bids.
- Site usage: basic, aggregated analytics such as pages visited.
How we use it
- To prepare your fit report and reply to you.
- To prepare bids for you, if you become a client.
- We don't sell your information or share it with other clients.
Where it's stored
Information is stored with reputable cloud providers in Canada or the United States, under access controls limited to the people preparing your bids.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing zaid.asmal@primevisiontech.com. We reply within 30 days.
Who is responsible
PrimeVision Tech Inc., Toronto, Ontario, is responsible for personal information under its control, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
