Service terms
Service terms, in plain language.
This page summarizes how engagements work. Each client signs a service agreement, and that agreement governs if anything here differs.

Who we are
PrimeVision Bid Desk is a service of PrimeVision Tech Inc., Toronto, Ontario. Contact: zaid.asmal@primevisiontech.com.
What we do, and what you do
- We find and score public procurement opportunities, prepare complete bid responses from information you provide, and submit them on your behalf when you ask us to.
- You decide which bids to pursue, review and approve each finished proposal, and have your authorized signer sign any forms that require it. We then submit the bid on your behalf, through the buyer's portal or by email. You are the bidder, and you are responsible for the commitments in your bids.
- We don't guarantee that any bid will be shortlisted or awarded.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance: Starter $1,000 (up to 10 RFPs a month), Growth $2,000 (up to 25), Scale $3,000 (up to 50). CAD for Canadian clients, USD for US clients. Applicable taxes are extra.
- Each RFP counts as one, whatever its size or format.
- Unused Starter RFPs expire at month end. Unused Growth and Scale RFPs roll over for one month.
- Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Win fee
- For contracts awarded from bids we prepared: $1,000 per $100,000 of contract value (1%), capped at $25,000 per contract.
- Due 30 days after you receive your first payment from the buyer.
- Where a buyer's rules prohibit success-based fees, a flat $1,000 per award applies instead.
- The win fee survives cancellation for contracts awarded from bids we prepared.
Confidentiality and conflicts
- Every engagement includes a mutual NDA. Your materials are used only for your bids.
- We don't prepare bids for two clients on the same solicitation.
Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for lost contracts, lost profits or indirect losses.
